We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your appliance arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. In-Store Pickup

If you choose in-store pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation when you come to pick up your appliance.
