Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Arango Appliance LLC. We strive to provide you with high-quality appliances and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Used appliances
  • Appliances that have been damaged after delivery
  • Appliances that are not in their original packaging

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Appliance Repair Service Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our appliance repair service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a partial refund or a re-service. Our 60-day warranty on repairs applies to the specific parts replaced and the workmanship associated with the repair. It does not cover unrelated issues or pre-existing conditions.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
